Flats managed through Comelit wireless system installation

For the implementation of the video door entry system in the new complex, Sansiri chose System Integrator Virasa Corporation, which identified Comelit as a partner for this prestigious assignment. The challenge was the distance between the individual residential units and the main entrance characterised by the concierge and an imposing 12m gate.
The solution proposed by Comelit was the installation of a wireless system that not only avoided kilometres of cabling but also speeded up the installation process.

Together with the concierge switchboard, it is connected to the multi-user gateway and a broadband router, which allow residents' apartment stations and Comelit apps to be reached via the IP network.

Visto IP

A smart wall-mounted doorbell placed outside each villa, complete with a call button, wide-angle camera, speaker and microphone.

Maxi ViP Wi-Fi

Installed on each floor to facilitate communication with the concierge.
