I joined Comelit on 2nd January 2008, I have seen the company grow significantly throughout the years. Discover Your Next Role!
We are looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER to join Technical Support in our Luton Office.
You will work within the Comelit-PAC technical support team and will be required to resolve first initial support calls, emails and enquiries within the department as well as react and support any escalations within the Technical Support team. You may also be required to attend site to resolve customer issues.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in the Physical Security Industry, ideally with Door Entry, CCTV and Access Control knowledge
- Good Fault finding abilities
- Customer service skills, via phone or face to face
- Good Time management
- Ability to get Technical information across to people of all abilities
- Ideally experience of delivering Technical Training courses
