There are several residential projects in development for Vienna’s Wildgarten, which is gradually being transformed into a community district where ecological and social sustainability is very important. In fact, all projects aim to fulfil 7 promises: kindergarten in the countryside, outdoor snack, habitat for rare animals and plants, pesticide-free soil, renewable building materials and clean energy, neighbourhood centre and smart mobility.

For outdoor use, on the other hand, apartment blocks will be fitted with 24 Ultra modular push-button panels, the latest addition to Comelit’s video door entry system range, in the push-button version and in the full-digital version with digital address book module and keypad, a door station whose modularity allows it to adapt to any installation and aesthetic requirement.
