Living the future, today. Comelit has been involved in the creation of the first real smart district in the city of Milan and Italy: the UpTown project located in the Cascina Merlata post-Expo area.
The project, overseen by the real estate promotion and development company EuroMilano, was launched in 2016 and Comelit was immediately selected as the technological partner to equip the two initial lots with home automation, video entry system, video surveillance and burglar alarm systems.
The partnership was also reconfirmed for the development of the third, even more exclusive lot, called Feel UpTown, which envisaged, in addition to dwellings that privileged outdoor spaces such as gardens and terraces, the creation of a private cinema, a swimming pool and areas dedicated to wellness and sport.
