Comelit for the extra-luxury complex “Gli Scogli” in Chiavari.
A 360-degree integration involving all the systems offered by Comelit: this is the solution selected for the luxury seafront residence built on the old “Cantiere Navale di Chiavari” (Chiavari Shipyard), closed in the distant 1970s and now back in splendour thanks to a new innovative concept designed to guarantee residents’ peace and privacy, thanks to the choice of home automation solutions and systems for managing living comfort.
The client’s choice was based on all the Comelit families according to the design requirements and the need for greater protection for the entire complex. The project, created and implemented by Rewa Elettronica SNC, therefore also made use of the expertise and know-how of the experts from various Comelit branches, who supported the team in every phase, from design to implementation, concluding with assistance to the installer.

A success story because we were able to offer a complete and efficient integrated response, perfectly in line with the customer’s needs. Reliable, quality solutions combined with great attention to the customer’s requirements make the company a recognised benchmark in the world of smart building.
The project was certainly a great challenge from the point of view of the realisation, choice and installation of the products, but also for the positioning in the market that this installation managed to give us.
The installed solutions.
We therefore created an IP video door phone system with the 3one6 Touch audio/video button panel, combined with the concierge switchboard, and 60 audio-only IKALL door stations at the entrance to each flat. In each of the residential solutions, a home automation system was then installed, complete with all available functions, manageable via the Icona Manager supervisor, which also acts as a video intercom. To monitor the interior of each house, on the other hand, the intrusion detection system with Vedo control panels and minidome cameras positioned above each entrance door. All within the reach of a smartphone thanks to the Comelit App that allows unified management of all Comelit systems.
In addition, to ensure the security of public condominium spaces as well, a CCTV system has been installed to cover all common areas, along with a gas and smoke detection system and an access control system to supervise each individual garage.
