“With You Always” event: Naples.
Team and success: a winning combination!

On Wednesday 11 October in Naples, at the prestigious Città della Scienza, the second extraordinary Comelit With you Always event took place. An exceptional event attended by no less than 500 industry professionals, including partner installers, distribution experts and designers, with the aim of consolidating relations and making them feel part of a team, sharing difficulties and successes together.

Guests at the event came mainly from the Campania region, but we also had the privilege of welcoming customers from Puglia and Calabria, demonstrating the growing interest and scope of our event.

During the event, our CEO, Edoardo Barzasi gave an emotional speech that inspired the entire audience. He emphasised how, in a time of great uncertainty, the core values on which to base the company’s future challenges and strategies are respect, fairness and mutual help. He emphasised how these values have been and still are the pillars on which the company has built its success and growth over the years.

“We at Comelit believe that the most important thing to be successful in life and in the world of work is to be part of a team, made up of elements that have chosen to be part of it because they deeply share its values and objectives and have a relationship that is based on trust.”

Barzasi says, highlighting Comelit’s commitment to establishing solid and meaningful relationships with real partners, not just mere customers, suppliers or collaborators, because “being part of a team allows all members to be stronger and face the future in a safer way.”

Guest of honour Martin Leandro Castrogiovanni, former rugby player, Italian national team prop and multi-decorated champion, who shared his rugby experience and the importance of teamwork. He emphasised how his source of motivation was always his team, knowing that he could count on them at all times, stressing that every member of the team has an essential role and no one can be overlooked.

With You Always Awards

During the event, the moment of the awards ceremony had a profound emotional impact, as the best customers from Southern Italy were called on stage to receive a special award, presented personally by Comelit President Silvia Brasi, in the company of Edoardo and Martin Castrogiovanni.

The entire room joined in a warm round of applause that touched the visibly emotional awardees, who did not fail to show their gratitude to the entire Comelit family.

The event was a great success and once again confirmed Comelit’s commitment to putting people at the centre, based on the fundamental principles of trust, respect and teamwork.
