SMOKE DETECTION
Comelit created Nike’s smoke detection system at Orio Center.
“Just do it!” goes the slogan of Nike, a company that knows its brand, “With You. Always” is Comelit’s answer, which supplied Oprandi srl with the smoke detection system for the Nike shop in Orio Center.
Safety, reliability and competence were the basis for the choice of Oprandi Srl, which took care of the installation.
“We were contacted by the company that was taking care of the shop’s renovation, Oprandi S.r.l.,” explains Stefano Ranica, Comelit’s product specialist. “We immediately got involved to assess the type of system that would offer the best guarantees of efficiency and effectiveness”.

Certifications
EN 54-2, EN 54-4 and especially EN54-13. The latter is a very important and characterising certification because few manufacturers make it available.

The integrity and functionality of the system is thus guaranteed by the certification, without the need for the professional to conduct further verification.

360° Security
In the event of smoke detection, the system not only triggers the alarm but also acts on the air conditioner by closing off access to the air conditioning unit, to avoid feeding the fire principle.
Extreme ductility of the materials used
It is possible to program the sensitivity of the dotforms differently, so as to have even tighter parameters during unmanned hours, a very important plus of the Logifire range.
Optimising resources and guaranteeing security
The implementation of a Logifire system of this type allowed for fewer metres of cable to be used than would have been the case with a conventional system and increased the security of the shop.
