Comelit partner in the Flores sustainable building project.
A house with 93% recycled plastic..
The name of the building, Flores, derives from the 10-year Floriade event held in 2022 in the town of Almere (30 km from Amsterdam), where an innovative prototype house with 93% recycled plastic was presented.
Comelit Group immediately supported the Flores project, as it was perfectly aligned with the company’s policies of sustainability and technological innovation.
Sustainability embraces technological innovation.
The Flores residential tower is part of the larger project to create a district symbolising the symbiosis between the city and nature. An innovative example of green building, with a façade coloured like a work of art, on whose surface all the plants and trees of the exhibition will be represented, thus creating a sort of vertical garden.
