Comelit “With You Always” event: Bergamo.

Teamwork as the key to success!

Great success at the corporate event “With you. Always” organized by Comelit on Friday 29 June 2023 in the Confindustria Bergamo headquarters at the Kilometro Rosso.

Over 400 professionals from the entire northern region of Italy attended, including companies in the real estate sector, design studios, wholesalers and installers.

During the event, our CEO, Edoardo Barzasi gave an emotional speech that inspired the entire audience. He emphasised how, in a time of great uncertainty, the core values on which to base the company’s future challenges and strategies are respect, fairness and mutual help. He emphasised how these values have been and still are the pillars on which the company has built its success and growth over the years.

“We at Comelit believe that the most important thing to be successful in life and in the world of work is to be part of a team, made up of elements that have chosen to be part of it because they deeply share its values and objectives and have a relationship that is based on trust.”

Barzasi says, highlighting Comelit’s commitment to establishing solid and meaningful relationships with real partners, not just mere customers, suppliers or collaborators, because “being part of a team allows all members to be stronger and face the future in a safer way.”

Guest of honour Martin Leandro Castrogiovanni, former rugby player, Italian national team prop and multi-decorated champion, who shared his rugby experience and the importance of teamwork. He emphasised how his source of motivation was always his team, knowing that he could count on them at all times, stressing that every member of the team has an essential role and no one can be overlooked.

At the end of the evening, the prestigious “With You Always Awards” were also presented to recognise Comelit’s best partners of 2022.

These awards highlight the importance of valuable relationships and collaboration in the industry.

The event was a great success and once again confirmed Comelit’s commitment to putting people at the centre, based on the fundamental principles of trust, respect and teamwork.
