This course provides the end user with the knowledge required to take full advantage of the PAC Easinet Residential Web Browser. The topics covered include tenant and credential management, as well as the fundamentals of browser-based reporting. The course is comprised entirely of practical demonstrations to ensure that on completion, the attendees will be fully versed in all aspects of the Web browser interface.
