Standards for Comelit.

Quality assurance

Comelit has always recognised the importance of standards as fundamental and internationally shared technical rules that save time and resources, eliminate redundant processes, increase efficiency and guarantee reliable and safe products according to the state of the art. Compliance with the reference standards also makes it possible to guarantee the conformity of the products, processes and services provided and to effect change, with a view to continuous improvement over time.

For this reason, Comelit actively participates in the technical committees that develop industry standards and adheres to the most important trade associations, in order to stay up-to-date on the main European product directives and regulations, as well as regulations from outside the EU and technical standards relating to the products designed and marketed.
Our certifications.

Comelit has been managing and maintaining the Quality Management System in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard for 30 years and the Environmental Management System in compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard for almost 20 years. For a company with great ambitions, these two international standards are no longer just a distinguishing feature, but are necessary requirements for accessing the global market.

Our official documents.

Comelit is directly involved in drawing up all conformity assessment procedures for products placed on the market to ensure compliance with the requirements set out in the relevant legislation.

Through internal pre-compliance testing and collaborations with accredited testing laboratories, Comelit oversees both the conformity assessment process of its own products as well as product certification, conducts periodic supplier evaluation audits and ensures that the technical product dossier is aligned with changes made to the product throughout its life cycle.

Comelit’s next challenge is to make compliance with standards a strategic and conscious choice, a tool for growing corporate culture, aimed at strengthening its credibility and authority in the market .
